Founded by an artist and designer with a background in fine art, sculpture and industrial design, Formo is a Malta-based art and design studio dedicated to serving local businesses, communities and private clients across the islands. We create murals, original paintings and bespoke visual solutions for restaurants, cafés, commercial interiors, public-facing spaces and private environments.

Rather than treating walls simply as surfaces to decorate, we see them as part of the identity and atmosphere of a place. Through visual art and thoughtful spatial intervention, we aim to contribute to Malta’s cultural character and tourism environment, while also helping individuals create more distinctive, inspiring and meaningful spaces in which to live and work.

Each project begins with the space itself—its architecture, function, character and the people who experience it. From concept and visual development to on-site creation, Formo offers a direct and personal approach to every project, combining artistic expression with practical spatial thinking.
